Each Kayali Fragrances release promises a tempting new "treat". This time it's a cold, sweet pistachio gelato.

"If this were your last meal, what would you choose? Personally, I'd go for pistachio gelato. There's nothing more decadent, creamy, and delicious! The truth is, I fell in love with this dessert back in 2014 when my sister and I traveled to Rome. I just couldn't get enough of it, and it quickly became my favorite treat in the world and my ultimate guilty pleasure," says Mona Kattan.

The perfume was inspired by the legendary Parisian pastry shop La Pâtisserie du Meurice par Cédric Grolet. Kattan and her team wanted the scent to be built around a pistachio accord and evoke "a birthday cake like you've never seen before."

Olivier Cresp talks about his new creation: "The fragrance begins with appetizing notes of hazelnut and pistachio blended with rum to create an attractive, charismatic character. In the heart of the composition, we used beautiful white peony to achieve a pink-honey effect, and lily of the valley to maintain the perfect balance of sweetness, freshness, and refinement."

Mona Kattan is thrilled with the result: "I'm just obsessed with the final scent. I think we've taken the pistachio note to a new height and created one of the most delightful, luxurious gourmand fragrances of all time."
