General Terms

These terms regulate all legal and property-related relations between the Seller and the Client in the course of purchasing goods and/or services. All relations are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. A contract is deemed concluded once the Client confirms the order and completes the payment.

Prices and Payment

All prices in the Store are listed in Euros and include VAT (24%). Delivery fees are added to the final order price according to the selected delivery method.

Additional Options:

• Express Shipping "I need it fast": Orders placed before 15:00 CET are dispatched the same working day; others the next working day. The cost is displayed in the cart.
• Shipping Insurance: 5% of the order value. If the parcel is officially confirmed lost by the postal service, the Seller will send a replacement item or refund the full order value.

Payments are processed through secure systems provided by the Seller’s payment partners. The Seller reserves the right to amend prices and sales conditions.

Order Placement

Orders are placed through the website. The Client selects goods or services, adds them to the cart, enters the required information, and chooses the delivery method. The final payable amount is displayed before payment. The Client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the submitted information. The transaction is completed once the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery

Deliveries to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland are carried out via Itella SmartPOST, Omniva, or DPD. Deliveries to other EU countries are handled by Eesti Post AS (Omniva). No deliveries are made to Russia.

Fragrance Trial Service ("trial")

The Seller provides a fragrance trial service intended exclusively for the Client’s personal sensory evaluation. The original branded bottle and branded cosmetic products are not sold, supplied, or commercialized. Containers used for trial samples may vary in appearance, shape, or color and do not replicate the official packaging of any brand.

Images and descriptions on the service page are illustrative and present an interpretative representation of the scent from the perspective of authors or artificial intelligence. All texts and images are strictly informational and do not describe an actual product.

The Seller is an independent company and does not manufacture, repackage, refill, distribute, or place cosmetic or perfume products on the market, nor perform any activities that qualify as cosmetic product manufacturing or placing on the market under EU Regulation No. 1223/2009. The Seller is not affiliated with any brands mentioned. Brand names are used solely for identification purposes.

The purchase covers only the fragrance trial service ("trial"). As part of the service, the Client receives a trial sample intended solely for personal sensory evaluation. The trial sample is not a commercial product, not a cosmetic product within the meaning of EU Regulation No. 1223/2009, does not enter the market as a cosmetic item, and has no standalone commercial value outside the service. No rights, guarantees, or claims relating to brands or their products are provided.

Right of Return and Order Cancellation

The Client may return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and remain in their original unopened packaging. The right of return does not apply to the Fragrance Trial Service ("trial") or custom-made items.

Products in opened or damaged packaging — such as testers, remaining fragrance in bottles, gels, shampoos, creams, and similar items — are non-refundable.

For 14-day returns, the Client bears the return shipping cost unless the delivered product does not match the order. Refunds are issued within 20 business days after the returned item is received.

To submit a return request, the Client must fill out the return form. After the request is processed, the Client will receive detailed instructions regarding the return procedure. For any questions, please contact customer support.

Seller's Responsibility

The Seller is not responsible for:

– defects caused by improper use of goods;

– allergic reactions or other individual health responses;

– variations in scent characteristics or packaging caused by batch differences, storage conditions, or individual perception.

Other Terms

The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if goods are unavailable or at the Seller’s discretion. In all such cases, the Client will receive a full refund.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used solely for fulfilling the order and, where necessary, for cooperation with delivery partners.
