General Terms

These terms govern all property relations between the Seller and the Client during the purchase of goods and services. Relationships are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. The contract comes into effect upon the confirmation and payment of the order by the Client.

Prices and Payment

All prices in the Store are Euro inclusive of VAT (22%). Delivery fees are added to the total order price depending on the selected delivery method.

Additional Options:

• Express Shipping "I need it fast": Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day, others the next day. The cost is displayed in the cart.
• Shipping Insurance: 5% of the order value. If the parcel is lost with confirmation from the postal service, the Seller will send a new item or refund the full order value.

Payments are made through secure payment systems provided by the Seller’s partner. The Seller reserves the right to modify the sales terms and prices.

Order Placement

Orders are placed via the website. The Client selects the product, adds it to the cart, fills in the required fields, and selects the delivery method. The final amount for payment is displayed on the screen. The Client must check all data for accuracy. The transaction is considered completed after payment.

Delivery

Delivery to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland is made through Itella SmartPOST, Omniva, or DPD. Delivery to other EU countries is handled by Eesti Post AS (Omniva). No deliveries to Russia.

Split service ("trial")

The Seller provides a scent splitting service for trial use. The original bottle is not sold. The Seller does not guarantee that all containers in one order will be of the same design or color.

Images and descriptions on the service page are illustrative and tell the story of the scent from the perspective of the authors or artificial intelligence. Texts and illustrations are for informational purposes only.

The Seller is an independent company and does not produce or sell the perfume itself. The Seller is not affiliated with the brands whose scents are available in the Seller’s service. Brand names are used solely for product identification purposes. The Seller has no licensing or other relationships with these brands and provides no warranties or rights related to the brand or its products.

The purchase only covers the splitting service ("trial"). By purchasing the service, Client receive a personal use  container with spray filled with liquid from the original package. The Seller provides no warranties or rights related to the brand or its products.

Right of Return and Order Cancellation

The Client has the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used and is in its original packaging. Returns do not apply to the split service ("trial") or custom-made items. Products in open or damaged packaging, or without protective film—testers, fragrance remnants in bottles, gels, shampoos, creams, and others are non-refundable.

In the case of the 14-day return right, the Client bears the cost of shipping, except when the product does not match the order. The Seller undertakes to refund the money within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Seller's Responsibility

The Seller is not responsible for:

Defects caused by incorrect use of the product.

Allergic reactions or other health issues arising from the use of the product.

Changes in the scent's persistence, tones, or packaging, which may vary depending on the batch or storage conditions.

Other Terms

The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment if the product is out of stock and will return the Client's funds in such cases. The Seller also reserves the right to cancel an order without explanation, with a refund.

Data Protection

We process customers' personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data is used solely for order fulfillment and may be shared with delivery services when necessary.
