General conditions

The conditions apply to all customers and apply to all property relations arising in the process of buying goods in the store, through the intermediary of the Seller.

All relations between the Store, the Seller and the Customer are governed by these terms and the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Estonia.

The contract between the Seller and the Customer comes into force after the Customer confirms and pays for the order.

At the time of placing an order in the store, before making a payment, the Customer confirms that he has read and agrees to the terms of sale.

Price

All prices in the Store include turnover tax (22%)

A delivery fee is added to the total cost of the order, according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale and change the prices in the store. The customer buys the product at the price that was indicated in the Seller’s Shopping cart at the time of placing the order.

Payment for the goods

The customer is given a choice between payment methods available in his country using direct payment via Internet banking. The service is provided to the Seller by his contractual partner, the company Montonio.

Delivery of goods

Delivery to the countries of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland is carried out in the self-service post machine Itella SmartPost, Omniva or DPD selected by the Customer

Delivery to other EU countries and beyond is carried out by regular mail Eesti Post AS (Omniva) with a parcel tracking code. The barcode for tracking a parcel is issued if Eesti Post AS provides this service for the country chosen by the client.

Prices and list of countries 

Delivery of orders to Russia is not carried out.

Terms of sale

•        The Seller notifies the Customer by e-mail after the delivery of the goods to the postal service.

•        The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of all the data he has provided before confirming the order.

•        The Seller is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if it is caused by inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect data provided by the Customer when placing the order.

•        The Seller is not responsible for the delay, non-delivery or damage to the Customer’s goods for any reason caused by the incorrect operation of the mail and the resulting damage.

•        The purchase and sale transaction are considered concluded after the Customer has fully paid the cost of the goods and delivery.

•        The product is considered correct if it corresponds to the manufacturer, model and volume specified in the Seller’s Store.

•         When decanting, different types of atomizers are used. They can be glass, plastic, with a sprayer, without a sprayer (vial is only for 1 ml). Atomizers may differ in design and color. The Seller does not guarantee that the Customer will receive all atomizers of the same design, color, shape and material within one order.

Right of return and conditions for the return of goods

•       The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receiving it.
•         The returned item must be in its original packaging and be unused and undamaged.

•         The customer pays the costs associated with the return of the goods. Except for the case when the product does not match the order made.

•         If the customer finds a defect in the product, then after notifying the Seller through the form in the Store, the Seller has the right to eliminate them in the following order: Repair, Replacement. If the Seller cannot eliminate the defect or replace the product with a similar one, the Seller returns the cost of the product to the Customer.

•        The Customer must notify the Seller of his desire to return the goods no later than 14 days after receiving them by filling out the       return form in the Store. 

•         Products made to the Customer’s order, such as perfumes for decanting (1- 10ml) are not subject to return

•         Products in open packaging or without packaging, such as perfumes in miniatures, perfumes in travel versions, factory vials, creams, testers, etc. are not subject to return.

•         Within 10 working days after receiving the goods, the Seller pays the Customer an amount equal to the value of the goods to be returned. The payment is made after the examination of the returned goods.

•         Images of goods in the Seller’s Store are illustrative. The goods received by the Customer from the Seller may differ from the images in the picture in the Store. Images in the Seller’s Store cannot be used as a basis for claims or return of goods.

•         The Seller is not responsible for the color of the liquid in the bottle. Both the packaging and the color of the contents may differ in different batches depending on the manufacturer. This fact is not a reason for making claims or a refund.

•         The Seller is not responsible for defects or damage to the goods caused by the fault or negligence of the Customer.

•         The Seller is not responsible for defects that have arisen when using the goods for purposes other than intended.

•         The Seller is not responsible for the health problems of the Customer (for example, allergic reactions, etc.) that occurred when using the product.

•         The Seller is not responsible for the physical deterioration of the goods during its normal use over the time.

•          The Seller is not responsible for tampering or damage to the goods caused by violation of the rules or conditions of operation and storage of the goods by the Customer.

• Perfumes for decanting are made by the Seller in atomizers from 100% original bottles, the manufacturer and model chosen by the Buyer.

• If the Customer doubts the “originality of the product” because of the packaging, the color of the liquid, the shades of smell, durability or other things, this is not a reason for making claims or returning the product.

Other general conditions

The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill the order of the Customer if, at the time of order processing, the goods selected by the Customer have run out. The Seller returns to the Customer the cost of the goods purchased by the Customer and delivery.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer to fulfill the order due to any other circumstances without explaining the reasons. The Seller returns to the Customer the cost of the goods purchased by the Customer and delivery costs.
