Using the collected personal data, the Seller can inform the Customer about news, discounts and upcoming events. If the Customer does not wish to be included in the newsletter list, he can opt out by using the corresponding function in his personal account or sending a notice by e-mail.

By agreeing to the terms of the privacy policy, the Customer agrees to the automated processing of their data by the Store and the Seller. You can always withdraw your consent through the Store or write to the Seller about your desire by email.

The Seller may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides services to the Seller and is contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the transmitted information. A third party is, for example, mail delivery companies.

The personal data collected by the Seller can be viewed and changed by the Customer in the personal account at the Store.

Only authorized persons of the Seller have access to the modification and processing of data.

If you suspect that your personal information has been leaked and got to third parties, immediately inform the Seller by e-mail.

The Customer has the right to demand the termination of the processing of his data, information about the use of data and the transfer of data to himself or a third party in a publicly accessible format.

Aiming to prevent the misuse of the Customers data and rights, applications can only be submitted in a form with a preliminary verification of the applicants identity (for example, digitally signed or on paper). The processing time of such requests by the Seller is up to 30 days.

The Seller considers requests for termination of data processing as a request for termination of the loyalty agreement.

When using the Store, the Seller stores the personal data about the Customer voluntarily indicated by him, such as:

  1. The Customers first and last name
  2. Delivery address
  3. Residential address
  4. Company data
  5. Email address
  6. Phone number
  7. Information about purchases made

The Customers personal data is processed by the Seller as confidential information in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Processing.

The Seller uses the Customers data to analyze consumer habits and plan activities for further purchases.

The Seller does not transfer any of the received data to third parties, except for the necessary minimum data for organizing the delivery of goods, processing payments and accounting.

The Customer has the right to request his personal data held by the Seller, as well as to prohibit their further processing.

The Seller is obliged to keep the data necessary for accounting for seven years.

The store uses an encrypted data transmission channel with banks. Third parties and the Seller do not have access to the Customers personal banking details.

All issues emerging between the Seller and the Customer are resolved through negotiations. The Seller responds to the Customers claims by e-mail within 10 working days.

Our online activities comply with all relevant activities and the relevant legislation of the European Union and the laws of Estonia.

 

Collection and use of personal data

The collection of personal data of a regular customer can occur in the following ways:

  •          Provision of contact information by the Customer in the Store
  •          When using cookies applied by the Store
  •          When making a purchase or order in the Store
  •          The Seller can also collect data about the actions of Customers in the Store. In this Privacy Policy, aggregate data is treated as non-personal data. The Seller collects non-personal data that cannot be associated with a specific Customer (gender, age, language preferences, location, time of visit, etc.).
