Luke and Sophie Gabriel, the founders of The Different Company and the relatively new brand Wide Society, have resurrected the French brand Cherigan, which first emerged in 1929. During its heyday, the brand had its own store on the Champs-Élysées and another in Havana, Cuba. In 2021, Cherigan was "revived," presenting a collection of seven fragrances to the public, some of which offer old formulas reinterpreted with modern materials (taking into account IFRA restrictions), while others are entirely new creations inspired by historical eras.

The fragrance "Lovers In Pink" invites us to Paris, the city of possibilities—a beloved place for many artists who found inspiration there. Marc Chagall is one of them, and it is in honor of his work that the brand created the composition "Lovers in Pink." Inspired by a series of portraits of his wife and muse Bella in red, pink, and blue tones, the composition invents a color with a thousand olfactory shades.

The fragrance takes a very transparent version of the "Baccarat Rouge" base and transforms it into something else—more versatile and joyful—thanks to a rose-jasmine heart and fresh ginger. The interplay of flowers, spices, and a sugary base reveals the magic of black currant. Thanks to it, the fragrance becomes multifaceted, dynamic, modern, and intriguing. The rose in the scent is transparent and adorned with fruity undertones.

Like champagne bubbles, the perfume "Lovers In Pink" sparkles with velvety-spicy notes of black currant buds, the freshness of lemon, and hints of ginger. On a warm woody base, an exciting bouquet of honeyed roses, fresh peonies, and jasmine unfolds in the heart accord.
