L'Heure Verte by Kilian is named in honor of the traditional French ritual of the start of the party, similar to the so-called «Happy Hour» . In the past, absinthe was served with a small amount of sugar and slowly stirred with a special spoon. The liquid acquired the same delicate pastel green hue as the elixir of L'Heure Verte by Kilian, reminiscent of the Paris fog or Van Gogh's paintings come alive.
