The French brand Ex Nihilo welcomed the arrival of spring with the release of a limited edition of its popular floral fragrance Lust In Paradise. The new product has been named In Paradise Riviera. Composed by perfumer Louise Turner, it embodies the enticing atmosphere of a hot day on the French Riviera. Compared to Lust in Paradise, it has a more intense floral sound and a bright trail. In Paradise Riviera is released in a limited edition in a collector's packaging.
Louise Turner is inspired by nature, expanding the boundaries of the familiar. Today she is recognized as one of the best perfumers of Givaudan. For Ex Nihilo, Louise created perfumes Musc Infini and, of course, the popular Lust In Paradise.
The base of In Paradise Riviera is a peony note, pink-wet and slightly naive. Behind its broad petals hides the coastal greenery of chamomile, petalia that captures the nose, the friendly sound of a tiar flower with echoes of coconut cream for tanning, and a musky-aldehydic block supported by a warm cumin— this is how the perfumer paints the smell of warmed pebbles on the seashore beach.
In Paradise Riviera is not about wild nature, which Louise Turner loves so much, it's about a vacation in a respectable seaside hotel, flooded with colors and sunlight. The novelty of 2022 is doomed to be liked by fans of two perfumes: Lust in Paradise Ex Nihilo and Fleur Narcotique Ex Nihilo. This is something incredible!
